Touches of Winter: Mini Home Tour

Hey all!  The Christmas decorations have come down, and touches of winter have gone up.

Like many, I love the clean slate that comes after putting away Christmas, but I am not quite ready to bring all my 'regular' decorating items out.  We still have a good 2.5 months of winter to come, and it just doesn't seem quite right to have all the greens out on the inside, when it could be snowing on the outside.

I kept things simple with just a few touches here and there, and I love how it turned out.

The buffet has become one of my favorite places to decorate.

  9. Everything looks so pretty! I'm currently working to transition from Christmas decor to Winter decor. It always looks so blah, so I'm seriously considering adding some white lights to a few decorative trees in my family room!

  11. Oh Emily, why are you doing this to me?! Now you make me want to decorate for winter. Lol. Like I need any more decorations to store! Those bottle brush trees are gorgeous and that cotton wreath is, too! I love it all! Oh, and the skates definitely have my heart. That is such a unique piece to use to decorate.
