1. Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Bars. I am participating in my church's cookie walk this weekend as a baker. I was debating what cookies to make, and my mom suggested doing chocolate chip bars, because they make a lot and they are just so dang easy - and good! I decided to listen to her suggestion and make them. If you are looking for a fail-proof cookie recipe, that is perfect for any event (or to have at home), just take a look on the back of the Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip package. (Side note - we have always made them without the nuts.) My mom has been making these for YEARS and they are a family favorite...and pretty much anyone else that has one, too!
2. Wish Lists! I have mentioned this a few times already, but on Monday, I will be sharing my wish list with you all as part of Sarah and Victoria's holiday link up. I am super excited to be their guest host, and would love it if you would join in sharing with us.

I love making those bars, I always call it my lazy way out when I make cookie dough and don't want to actually scoop out all the cookies!! Have a great weekend friend!
ReplyDeleteThose bars sound delicious!! Excited to link up with yall on Monday!! Have a great weekend!!
ReplyDeleteThose chocolate chip cookie bars sound divine!!!
ReplyDeleteI do that all the time!! I keep a note going in my notes app on my phone. If I don't update it, there are no favorites. Haha! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteI've definitely done that before too-- where I'm convinced I'll remember something for later and then I totally forget about it. Those bars looked like they turned out so good and seem like such a good idea when you have to make a large quantity of something. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteI saw those cookie bars on IG and I wanted them instantly. They look so good. I hope you have the best weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love snooping what other people are asking for for Christmas because I never know what to ask for for myself, so I'm looking forward to Monday's link up! Have a good weekend, Emily!
ReplyDeleteYup, definitely have those internal conversations and ALWAYS forget what I meant to write down. Good news is it usually comes back to me at some point, and when it does you'll have a start on next week's post :)
ReplyDeleteMmmmm.... cookies! I like to make Snickerdoodles for my husband. I hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am so guilty of not remembering! I use Evernote and my planner...if I don't jot it down, I'm bound to forget something! Have a great weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteThose cookie bars sound delicious. I have to bring a dessert to a big family Christmas party next week and I am NOT a baker, so if those are easy I might have to give them a try!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to link up with you, Sarah, and Victoria tomorrow!
