I haven't had the chance to cook much lately with being busy at work. I have been pinning away though, for when things slow down. Below are a few of the recipes pins that have caught my eye lately.
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad
Greek Chicken Kebabs
Garlic Butter Shrimp, Quinoa and Asparagus
Lemony Kale Chickpea Avocado Salad
What have you been making lately?

All of this looks so good! The kabobs look the best--I guess I'm just in the mood for Greek! Do you cook with kale a lot? I'm a little afraid to because I know you have to take if off the stalk or something and it could be bitter....too much for me I guess! P.S. I hope you're not having too much fun working this week!
